Terms and Conditions
- Registered Projects are only available to current Authorized Dealers. A dealer is only current if an Authorized Dealer Agreement has been signed and there have been product sales during the prior 12 months. If there are any questions about dealer status, please contact a Sales Rep or Sales Manager as indicated at the links below.
- A Registered Project (RPP) is good for one year from the date of issue and up to the quantity of units registered.
- When a subsequent P.O. is received, and the quantity of units equals the amount of the RPP request, the RPP will be closed.
- If a P.O. contains less than the orginal registered quantity, the RPP will remain open for the period stated above, unless other arrangmements are made with WolfVision.
- Once an RPP is closed, it cannot be reopened; a new RPP request must be submitted.
- In the event of price changes, WolfVision will provide prior written notice stating the cut-off date for the quoted RPP price. After the cut-off date, the RPP price honored will be based on the most current WolfVision Authorized Dealer Price Sheet.
- Should a project go to bid, and you do not win the bid, you can be rewarded a credit per unit, but you must notify WolfVision of this situation. The per-unit credit is based on the number of units that are ordered by the end user, for that project only. The credit will be issued to your dealership once the winning dealership has fulfilled the order to the end-user and has paid for the units.
For more in-depth details about the Registered Product Program, dealers should consult the information that comes with the Authorized Dealer Price List.
