AV Manager

  • Location:               Duluth, GA

  • Status:                  Full-time

  • Starting:                Immediately

The AV Manager works with customers, project managers, account managers, and IT managers to design, guide, and install our products into existing and newly developed audiovisual systems to meet our customers’ specific needs. Using advanced understanding of design, programming, and installation of AV systems, you’ll help create dynamic learning and training environments in various markets and applications.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide technical and design expertise to support the architecture, installation, and planning of audio, video, and control solutions

  • Research and analyze the capabilities of various available hardware and software options that can (and cannot) complement WolfVision solutions

  • Plan, design, and integrate an audiovisual system of various hardware and software components that work together as an integrated system

  • Redesign, simplify, and upgrade existing designs and systems

  • Maintain positive and effective communication with customers and other employees through video-call, telephone, and face-to-face meetings

  • Training customers and internal staff on the system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years AV and/or IT industry experience (or equivalent technology field)

  • Prior experience in the design, installation, and service of audio, video, and presentation systems

  • Solid computer skills and deep knowledge in Crestron/AMX and Extron programming as well as CAD software and drawings (certifications are preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized, able to work with diverse groups

  • Able to effectively handle stressful situations

  • Able to read and design engineering schematics

  • The following certifications are preferred: CTS; CTS-I/D, DMC-D/E, DSCE, ACE-D/I

  • Some independent travel required

  • German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus (but not required)

 

IT/AV Support Specialist

  • Location:               Duluth, GA

  • Status:                  Full-time

  • Starting:                Immediately

The IT/AV Support Specialist works in conjunction with the AV Manager and IT Manager to support our customers in the design and install of our products in various existing and newly developed audiovisual systems.  You will work with customers, project managers, account managers, and end-user technicians to meet the IT/AV needs of their applications. Using your understanding of design, programming, and installation of IT and AV products and systems, you’ll help create and maintain dynamic learning environments where WolfVision products are installed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide technical and design support for the planning and installation of audio, video, control, and IT solutions

  • Assist the AV and IT Managers in research and analysis of various hardware and software options that can (and cannot) complement WolfVision solutions

  • Assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure of the main office

  • Maintain positive and effective communication with customers and other team members through video-call, telephone, and face-to-face meetings

  • Training customers and internal staff on systems and new solutions

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in the field of computer science, IT networking, or similar job training/experience

  • Prior experience in the design, installation, and service of audio, video, and presentation systems

  • Solid IT/computer skills and working knowledge of control systems (certifications are preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized, able to work with diverse groups

  • Able to effectively handle stressful situations

  • Able to read and design engineering schematics

  • The following certifications are preferred (but not required:

    • AV: CTS; CTS-I/D, DMC-D/E, DSCE, ACE-D/I

    • IT: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA R&S/Security/Wireless

  • Occasional independent travel may be required
