New Repairs / Exchanges / Returns
If is determined that you need to send the unit to WolfVision, the technician will open a Repair/Return Issue.
Use the unit serial number to fill out the online
You will then receive an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) and online instructions for sending the unit to WolfVision.
If you have multiple units that need processing, the confirmation page for each unit's RMA will give you the option to enter another serial number and use the contact information from the previous RMA.

If you have received a Repaired Unit Invoice via email, you must pay for the repair via credit card at the Repair Payment page.
